Carlstadtufer
CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen has purchased from the city of Düsseldorf an area measuring 740 square metres on Düsseldorf’s Hafenstraße. By the end of 2017, 17 new owner-occupied apartments and a commercial unit will be on the former site of the Düsseldorf city hall.

With a draft by Düsseldorf architects konrath und wennemar, CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen has won the tendering process set by the city of Düsseldorf. After the demolition of the existing building, the former location of Düsseldorf city hall, construction was carried out of 17 owner-occupied apartments with a residential space and a commercial space. The site is located in Düsseldorf’s old town, right on the old harbour and offers an unspoilt view of the Rhine. The Hetjens Museum and Carlsplatz square are also close by.
All apartments have already been sold.

Rhein Sieben
As part of the residential project “Rhein VII – beautiful living” in Düsseldorf-Heerdt, 83 residential units were built by RheinCOR Projektentwicklung GmbH.
The residential project is located in a park on Kribbenstraße close to the Rhine. “Rhein VII – beautiful living” comprises a total of seven tower blocks with 83 one-room to six-room residential units measuring between 35 and 209 square metres. The total residential space will be around 9,300 square metres. Buyers can choose between apartments and garden flats, as well as penthouses.

The majority of the apartments are freely accessible and correspond to Energy Saving Ordinance 2013/2014 (EnEV) and the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG). They are also equipped with balconies or terraces, under-floor heating and some have fireplaces. In addition to two separate underground car parks with a total of 110 parking spaces, the housing complex offers modern outdoor areas of high-quality design, including play areas. There is a kindergarten and a school in the neighbourhood, as well as shopping and restaurants.
All of the apartments have already been sold.

In Vennhausen, CORPUS SIREO created a new residential quarter infused with a young spirit, perfect for families, with schools, preschools and plenty of greenery in the vicinity. 

The property is located in the district of Vennhausen, roughly 6 km East of downtown Düsseldorf. Here, CORPUS SIREO realised a total of 117 housing units in the form of two-storey terrace housing/ semi-detached homes including garage. The housing units were completed in 2012.

Quartier Reiterstaffel
On the former grounds of the NRW mounted police unit on Bonner Straße in Cologne-Marienburg, construction of 503 residential units in total began in autumn 2011. Cologne-based bauwens was obtained as a joint venture partner, with whom CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen GmbH jointly acquired the site in 2007.

The “Quartier Reiterstaffel” is one of Cologne’s biggest residential construction projects. It will create a new district for approximately 1,500 people. The residential units are divided into several four-storey to seven-storey buildings. Office and commercial spaces are planned for the lower floors along Bonner Straße.

The above-ground and completely car-free district has two-room to five-room apartments ready for different generations and needs. Several underground car parks with a total of more than 500 parking places will hold residents’ cars and there are above-ground parking places for visitors.

The backbone of the new district forms a space with a linear structure that connects the residential area with the green belt. Via the entrance on Bonner Straße, the quarter opens up for pedestrians and cyclists. With its opportunities to stay and relax, at the same time, the space forms the living centre of the new “Quartier Reiterstaffel”. Gardens, boulevards, alleys, hedges and terraces make the entire quarter appear green and friendly.

In September 2011, Quantum acquired five apartment buildings with a total of 94 residential units. In April 2012, CORPUS SIREO Makler GmbH began individual sales. The construction work will definitively be finished in summer 2018.

All of the apartments have been sold.
