hochufer - Wolfratshauser Straße in Munich - Thalkirchen/Sendling/Solln
The former pilgrimage destination Thalkirchen still retains much of its former village nature, and is 
considered to be the green lung of Munich. Due to its location along the river Isar, the district fulfills 
a significant recreation and leisure function for the entire city. The so-called Floßlände, the terminus 
for raft trips on the river Isar, is known throughout the country.

The site of the new-build project hochufer is embedded in a neighbourhood of old villas. hochufer
not only enjoys excellent transport links; it also benefits from the view across the Isar valley.

The process of selling the apartments has already started, and construction work will commence in 
the summer of 2016. According to current planning, the first residents will be able to move into their 
new home in the spring of 2018.

mia – Mein Zuhause. Mein Trudering.
Trudering has long since been an insiders' tip in the East of Munich. Families, singles and elderly people: All feel at home in Trudering. There are not many quarters which have retained their original charm to such an extent as Trudering.

In this popular quarter, nine small detached and individual multiple-family houses with one- to four-room apartments are now being built with high quality of construction. The buildings consist only of the ground floor, first floor and top floor.
In addition to the ambitious architecture, the sustainable building quality is a key feature in this respect.

50 new residential units in Munich-Neuhausen
In the spring of 2016, CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen, Munich branch, acquired a prime site for a residential project development:
At Gabrielenstraße 3 in Munich-Neuhausen, one of the most desirable locations in the regional capital, the company has acquired a site covering 1,099 square meters.
The site will be made ready for building for project development at the end of 2018, and this will enable work to commence on building 50 residential units.

Easy Munich
A further milestone has been successfully attained: the realization competition for the project in Paul-Gerhardt-Allee in Munich was decided in October 2015. The winner chosen by the jury was Grassinger Emrich Architekten GmbH.

The Company’s idea: A prominent residential tower with high-quality skylofts as apartments with galleries in the upper storeys of the building. The tower is adjoined by four and six storeys with coloured facades. A further benefit for the residents: front gardens and inner courtyards provide extensive green spaces.

Ralph Scherer, branch manager at CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen in Munich, has the following to say:”Grassinger Emrich Architekten provided convincing arguments with a successful design for the quarter. A residential tower at the entrance to the quarter sets a special accent, and the four and six storeys featuring different colours combine to produce an individual quarter with character.”

CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen GmbH is constructing new buildings with approx. 300 residential units and 300 underground parking spaces on the site which covers approx. 16,000 square metres. The first residents are expected to move into their new homes in 2018.
