CORPUS SIREO Real Estate, Cologne, has been awarded with the contract for the asset management of ORL portfolio belonging to Profond Investment Foundation. The mandate comprises all services in the area of strategic and value chain-oriented management for the office, retail and logistics real estate portfolio (ORL for short), including managing construction projects, as well as managing purchases and sales as required.

Now the partners have succeeded in implementing a cross-border expansion of the cooperation.

Bernhard Berg, CEO of CORPUS SIREO Real Estate says, “We are delighted that we are able to strengthen our business relationship with Profond through this mandate.
